The concept of progressive dinners have been around for some time and was at the height of it's popularity in the 1970's. Just like all trends, it's revival is guaranteed and on the horizon in The Reserve community!
What is it exactly? A progressive dinner is a dinner party with successive courses eaten at the residences of different hosts. Involving travel between houses, it is a variant on a potluck dinner and is sometimes known as a round-robin.
What we need to be successful is 4 host homes and diners.
For each diner, the entry will be one dish as requested and assigned.
Host Home #1 - signature drinks & apps
Host Home #2 - soups & salads
Host Home #3 - mains & sides
Host Home #4 - desserts
Host homes will be within walking distance of each other and will need to comfortably hold 12-15 seated guests (think bar stools, folding chairs, all are fine!) inside and outside at one time for 45 minutes - 1 hour. Host homes will be provided with a Host Kit with a few supplies, directions and reminders needed for each stop approximately one week in advance. Please be able to provide silverware, plates, bowls, cups, etc.
On event day from 4:30-4:50pm, diners will need to arrive with their dishes to share at their assigned host home prior to the events kick off at 5pm. Couples/diners may be separated at this time. All diners are to walk to Host Home #1 by 5pm for the festivities to begin! As the first drinks and apps are enjoyed, the hosts for HH#2 will leave approx. 10-15 minutes early to set up for the group... and they will arrive at 6pm, and so on!
Thank you for your consideration and hopeful participation in the Sunday Super Club.

Please fill out one online form per diner. Couples should have two separate entries. Thank you!
